Our terms and conditions are as follows:
1. If sent to collections, a 30% fee will be added to your total amount due.
2. Invoices are due upon receipt, monthly.
3. Past due accounts will be charged a finance charge at the periodic rate of 1 ½% per month which is an annual percentage rate of 18% or a periodic rate not to exceed the maximum rate allowed by state law.
4. In the event this account is placed for collection, the customer agrees to pay all cost of collection including reasonable attorney’s fees.
